Headlam are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Stock Planner to take ownership of our inventory operations and help elevate the way we work. Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and maintain stock levels to ensure adequate supply for customer requirements
- Track inventory movements, including incoming and outgoing goods
- Work with Operations Teams to assist in reconciling inbound discrepancies
- Assist in placing purchase orders with suppliers & coordinate deliveries
- Generate reports on stock levels, usage trends, and potential shortages
- Liaise with suppliers, buying teams, operations teams and other departments to ensure smooth stock flow & availability
- Previous experience in stock control, inventory management, or a related field
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

During the 3 month probation period, this role is required to be on site 5 days per week. Upon successful completion of the probation period, flexible working (up to 2 days per week from home) can be requested.
