Due to the expansion of the fleet and driving workforce we are currently recruiting HGV Class 2 Multi drop delivery drivers to join our team here at Mercado Leeds.
Perhaps you have recently passed an LGV 2 Licence and looking for your first driving job, with a company that will take the time to train and develop you into a professional career driver
Our working patterns are Monday to Friday with a normal start time of 07:00
We do have some start times of around 05:30 also.
Week end work and nights out are not required.

HGV Class 2 Requirements
· Right to work in the UK
· An up-to-date CPC and DIGITAL TACHOGRAPH card
· No More than 3 Penalty points on driving licence
· Good knowledge of driver’s hours and WTD regulations
*Job Role includes*
· Loading and unloading a variety of flooring products
· General driving duties: observing current legal and best practise delivering to/from our customers premises
· A disciplined approach that will allow you to work unsupervised
· Driving your vehicle in a courteous manner, adhering to all traffic laws as per the highway code
· Making sure all goods are correctly strapped before commencing journeys
· Use of electronic P.O.D and up-to-date technology (full training will be given to ensure best practise)
· Daily vehicle checks as per ministry standards
