Headlam, Europe’s largest floor covering distributor, has an exciting opportunity for an Area Sales Manager to join its industry leading team on the contract side of the business. This full-time role offers a market-leading salary starting at £42k (increasing with experience), plus bonus, commission (OTE £52k – uncapped earning potential), and an excellent benefits package, including:

In this role, you will:
- Build relationships with circa 200 customers across a geographical area.
- Launch our new ranges into retailers and specifiers alike, by creating and delivering a market-leading presentation on a wide range of product.
- Educate customers on the benefits of the B2B websites, to enable them to self-serve 24 hours a day.
- Be responsible for maximising profitable sales within your allocated area.
- Maintain and grow revenue streams from existing customers and secure new business opportunities.
