The Admin Clerk will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and colleagues through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.

  • Maintain and update filing systems (electronic and physical)
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (letters, emails, packages) polite and professional manner
  • Handle routine office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, and mailing
  • Schedule appointments and meetings as needed
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations
  • Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel

You will have:

  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and WMS.
  • The ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines and prioritise.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
