We are looking for a Training Manager to lead the training for our team for our ERP change to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central on a FTC. You will design, deliver and evaluate training for our colleagues on Business Central, equipping our colleagues to use the system with confidence. This will involve national travel.
Key Accountabilities:
- Complete a full training needs analysis across all departments/roles and assess current skills gap.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive training plan, ensuring all end users are proficient in system functionality and adopt new ways of working.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure successful design of role-specific learning paths.
- Use a variety of learning methodology to create engaging and impactful training solutions and resources that accommodate varying learning styles and levels of IT/system experience.
- Creation of training materials (e.g. User guides, video tutorials, e-learning, FAQ), delivery of classroom learning and post-go-live support.
- Quality assure and evaluate the impact of all learning solutions throughout implementation, utilising all available data to refine the approach as needed.
- Work closely with the business and stakeholders to align training content with operational challenges and industry best practice.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Experience in ERP implementation training - developing and delivering systems change training programmes.
- Experienced in using or delivering training for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Training design & delivery; presentation, facilitation; Change management; project management; collaboration.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Experience in B2B distribution operations.
- Online learning creation/LMS.
