About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a publicly listed biotechnology company headquartered in China, with global operations across the US, Europe, and Asia. They are expanding their UK commercial team and looking for a Key Account Manager to cover London and Northern UK, focusing on industrial clients (pharma/biotech).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop business with industrial clients across the assigned territory
  • Communication with clients on a technical level
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis
  • Attend industry conferences
  • Ability to work with a high degree of independence
  • Provide scientific training and presentations to customers

Requirements

  • Master's degree or higher in Biological or Pharmaceutical Science (PhD a plus)
  • Around 5 years of sales experience selling bio-reagents (proteins, antibodies, ELISA kits) to industrial clients (pharma/biotech) or academic research institutions
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • Proven presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility for business trips
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently
