The Role
- You’ll handle a diverse caseload across contentious probate and trust disputes, including:
- Challenges to wills and lifetime gifts
- Inheritance Act claims
- Executor, trustee, and beneficiary disputes
- Applications involving personal representatives and trustees
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and court documents
- Managing mediations and settlement negotiations
- Working closely with counsel, experts, and referrers to progress cases efficiently
This is a chance to work on matters that often involve sensitive family dynamics and significant estates, requiring both technical skill and strong judgment.
About You
- 5+ years PQE with solid litigation experience (contentious probate/trust disputes ideal)
