The Role –
- Manage a caseload of residential property files from start to finish
- The files will consist of Freehold, leasehold, sales and purchases, Transfer of equity, Shared ownership, New builds.
- contribute to the firm\’s business development needs when necessary.
- Maintain consistent billing figures and be able to meet KPIs
