We\’re working with a growing and dynamic law firm that’s expanding its Employment Law (Claimant) team in Central London.
They’re now looking for an ambitious NQ Solicitor or a skilled Paralegal with strong claimant-side experience to join their busy department.
This is a great opportunity to step into a supportive and modern working environment where you’ll be trusted to manage your own caseload and develop your career.
The role includes:
- Handling your own caseload of claimant employment matters
- Advising individuals on unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, etc.
- Drafting legal documents and supporting Tribunal processes
- Working directly with clients to deliver practical, clear advice
You’ll need:
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ – ideally with some employment law experience)
OR
- Paralegal with 2+ years’ experience in claimant employment law
- Confident communication and drafting skills
- A client-focused, proactive approach
