We\’re working with a growing and dynamic law firm that’s expanding its Employment Law (Claimant) team in Central London.

They’re now looking for an ambitious NQ Solicitor or a skilled Paralegal with strong claimant-side experience to join their busy department.

The role includes:

  • Handling your own caseload of claimant employment matters
  • Advising individuals on unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, etc.
  • Drafting legal documents and supporting Tribunal processes
  • Working directly with clients to deliver practical, clear advice

You’ll need:

  • Qualified Solicitor (NQ – ideally with some employment law experience)

OR

  • Paralegal with 2+ years’ experience in claimant employment law
  • Confident communication and drafting skills
