About the Role
You’ll manage a mixed caseload of commercial and residential conveyancing matters, handling files from instruction through to completion. The firm operates in a busy environment, typically receiving 50–60 new matters each month, so you’ll enjoy a steady flow of work and the chance to build long‑term client relationships. - A Solicitor or experienced Conveyancer with solid technical ability
- Comfortable working efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
- Familiarity with:
- LEAP (case management)
- InfoTrack (searches)
- LexisNexis (legal research)
Working Style & Flexibility
- Hybrid working — initial office‑based period followed by mostly remote work
- Options available to suit different working preferences (employed or alternative structures)
- Supportive leadership that values independence and long‑term contribution
- Clear progression opportunities as the firm continues to grow
About the Firm
- Two UK offices: London and Nottingham
- Part of an international legal group with offices in Europe and Africa
- Small, close‑knit UK team with strong growth ambitions
- Member of a wider Legal 500‑ranked organisation
- Collaborative culture with a focus on client care and professional development
What You’ll Receive
- £25,000–£30,000+ depending on experience and working model
- Laptop and equipment provided
- On‑site parking in Nottingham (contribution required)
