We're looking for an experienced Head of Property to lead an established team and play a key role in the firm's future growth.
The Opportunity
As Head of Property, you'll lead a collaborative team of experienced solicitors, a consultant, a CILEX lawyer and support staff while managing the team across:
- Residential Property
- Commercial Property
- Agricultural Property
You'll also mentor and develop the team, ensure high standards, and help shape the future direction of the department.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor (5+ years PQE)
- Strong experience in Residential, Commercial and Agricultural Property
- Previous supervisory experience, or someone ready to step into a leadership role
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a supportive, close-knit team
