Well regarded regional firm recruiting into their established Conveyancing Team! This role is Conveyancing with a difference, rather than a focus on fee-earning and high volume caseload, this role is more centered around being able to advise on title checks, contract reports and more focusing on specific elements of property and complex files.

Whilst the firm is open to qualification, experience in a variety of residential property matters is essential. You will be working on elements of leasehold and freehold properties, plot sales, shared ownership and more.
