About the Role

You’ll work across a varied employment law caseload, advising both employees and employers on contentious and non-contentious matters. Expect hands-on involvement in:

  • Employment Tribunal claims (Claimant & Respondent)
  • Settlement Agreements and negotiations
  • Disciplinary & grievance procedures, TUPE, and employment contracts
  • Business disputes and civil litigation support

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, 5+ years PQE
  • Strong experience in employment law; civil litigation/business disputes is a plus
  • Excellent communication, client care, and commercial awareness
  • Proactive, business-minded approach
