Employment Lawyer – London | Flexible Working | Generous Bonus

About the Role
You’ll work across a varied employment law caseload, advising both employees and employers on contentious and non-contentious matters. Expect hands-on involvement in:
- Employment Tribunal claims (Claimant & Respondent)
- Settlement Agreements and negotiations
- Disciplinary & grievance procedures, TUPE, and employment contracts
- Business disputes and civil litigation support
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, 5+ years PQE
- Strong experience in employment law; civil litigation/business disputes is a plus
- Excellent communication, client care, and commercial awareness
- Proactive, business-minded approach
