An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Senior Immigration Solicitor to join a highly regarded, full-service London firm with a thriving and diverse client base — and a genuine, structured pathway to Partnership.
This is not a box-ticking role. The successful candidate will take a central position within the firm’s Immigration practice, working directly alongside a well-connected Partner who leads the department and is passionate about expanding its commercial reach.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the team’s future — mentoring junior solicitors, leading on complex matters, and developing relationships across the firm’s established music, employment, and sports departments. Clients range from international artists and professional athletes to employers and entrepreneurs bringing in global talent.
The work spans both business and personal immigration, but with a focus on high-value, private, and corporate instructions — no asylum work.
The Opportunity
- Join a multi-disciplinary, forward-thinking firm with strong commercial and creative sector ties.
- Work closely with a Partner who will actively support your development and integration into the Partnership structure.
- Take advantage of existing firm-wide referral networks and untapped business opportunities within complementary departments.
- Enjoy a genuinely flexible hybrid model — typically 2–3 days per week in the office. However initially it will need to be 4 days.
