An established and well-respected legal 500 law firm is seeking Residential Property Solicitors to join their busy property teams. There are two exciting opportunities: one for a senior solicitor/associate and another for a junior solicitor, each based in different regional offices.

Senior Associate / Residential Property Solicitor North East Surrey

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE with strong technical experience across a full range of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. You will be confident managing your own caseload, demonstrating excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Strong client relationship and business development abilities are highly valued, with the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the department.

Junior Solicitor / Residential Property Solicitor South East Surrey

This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior solicitor (1–4 years’ PQE) looking to develop a career in residential property law. You will gain broad exposure to residential property transactions while working in a supportive and structured environment, benefiting from mentoring and development opportunities.
