The Role –
- Manage a caseload of residential and commercial property files from start to finish.
- The files will consist of Freehold, leasehold, sales and purchases, lease extension, development work, and working with HNW Clients.
- contribute to the firm\’s business development needs when necessary.
- Maintain consistent billing figures and be able to meet KPIs
