The Opportunity
As Head of Property, you'll lead a collaborative team of experienced solicitors, a consultant, a CILEX lawyer and support staff while managing the team across
🏡 Residential Property
🏢 Commercial Property
🚜 Agricultural Property
You'll also mentor and develop the team, ensure high standards, and help shape the future direction of the department.
What We're Looking For
✔ Qualified Solicitor (5+ years PQE)
✔ Strong experience in Residential, Commercial and Agricultural Property
✔ Previous supervisory experience, or someone ready to step into a leadership role
✔ Excellent client care and communication skills
✔ Someone who enjoys working as part of a supportive, close-knit team
