The Role
- Join as a Corporate Partner or ambitious Legal Director / Senior Associate ready to step up.
- Work alongside a successful Partner-led team in Manchester, supported by associates and national offices.
- Handle high-value, mid-market transactions – M&A, private equity, capital markets, and joint ventures.
- Recent deals include: £40m cross-border acquisition, £38m aerospace deal, multiple waste sector acquisitions, and international JVs.
