Conveyancer – Residential Property

Location: Nantwich & Crewe (with hybrid working available)

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

A long-established and highly respected Cheshire law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive) to join its successful Residential Property team.

This is an excellent opportunity to handle a varied caseload of residential property matters in a supportive, collaborative environment, with genuine scope for career progression.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of residential transactions, including:

• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
• New build and Help to Buy transactions

You will be supported by an excellent case management system, as well as secretarial and administrative assistance, allowing you to focus on delivering first-class client care.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• 3+ years PQE in residential property
• Strong technical knowledge of property law and the conveyancing process
• Excellent client-care skills with the ability to explain matters clearly and simply
• Strong organisational abilities, able to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for contributing to the department’s growth
• Flexibility to work across both Nantwich and Crewe offices
• IT proficiency, including experience with case management systems
