The Role
You’ll manage a varied caseload with a strong commercial property focus, supported by some residential work. Typical matters include:
- Commercial leases (landlord & tenant)
- Residential sales & purchases (mid–high value)
- Title reviews, refinancing & general advisory work
You’ll work closely with approachable, commercially minded partners who value initiative and support long‑term career development.
