A highly regarded specialist London law firm is looking for an ambitious Commercial Litigation Associate (2–3 PQE) to join its growing disputes team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-value commercial disputes for companies, directors, shareholders, entrepreneurs and investors.

The role will involve:

  • Commercial & contractual disputes
  • Shareholder & corporate disputes
  • High Court / Business & Property Courts litigation
  • Arbitration & international disputes
  • Injunctions & interim applications
  • Mediation / ADR

We're looking for an England & Wales qualified solicitor with strong commercial litigation experience, excellent drafting skills and the ability to manage matters and build strong client relationships. Experience of shareholder disputes, s.994 unfair prejudice, derivative claims, arbitration or international disputes would be particularly advantageous.
