I'm currently supporting a well‑established national law firm that is looking to recruit a Junior Employment Solicitor (2–4 years PQE) to join their growing Bristol team.

The Role

  • Mix of contentious and non‑contentious employment work
  • Advising employer clients on HR matters, contracts, policies, grievances, disciplinaries, restructures & TUPE
  • Involvement in Employment Tribunal matters
  • Chance to work closely with a highly respected team offering strong professional development and progression

Ideal Experience

  • 2–4 years’ PQE in employment law
  • Confident advising on day‑to‑day HR issues
  • Experience in both advisory and contentious matters
