Initiate and foster professional relationships with prospective clients across digital communication platforms. Respond to active client inquiries with clear, professional, and persuasive written communication. Execute outbound and follow-up phone calls to establish credibility, address inquiries, and advance deals through the pipeline. Understand client requirements, present aligned solutions, and manage objections professionally. Maintain precise CRM records and collaborate with team members to achieve company targets and performance benchmarks.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
Excellent written and spoken English with a polished, consultative communication style. Proficient in managing digital communication tools and fast-paced workflows. Goal-oriented, resilient, self-motivated, and driven to succeed. Comfortable leading outbound sales calls and live client discussions. Must have a professional home office setup and be available to work US Central Time business hours, with occasional weekend flexibility. Prior sales experience is an advantage, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are highly valued.
