Our client is looking for an organised and detail-focused person to support the day-to-day running of the Quality & Technical function within an existing team. This is a varied administrative and coordination role that involves managing technical information, specifications, supplier documentation, and customer requirements across multiple projects and product areas.
You may come from a technical, specifications, quality administration, or manufacturing background, or have experience working in a highly organised administrative role. You will work closely with colleagues in the UK and overseas, as well as suppliers and customers, becoming a key support contact for technical and quality administration across the business.
Technical Administration & Documentation- Coordinate Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) and other product documentation where required
- Liaise with suppliers and laboratories regarding technical information and testing
- Support communication relating to product quality queries and customer requests
- Assist with technical administration linked to customer projects and new product activity
- Support the maintenance of quality systems and procedures
- Help maintain accurate logs and records relating to suppliers, complaints, and technical documentation
Experience within manufacturing, technical administration, or quality systems is preferred. A food-related qualification or background in a technical or quality role is also beneficial. Good Microsoft Excel and administrative skills are required.
