Provide excellent levels of service to clients and external salespeople. This will be achieved through the role-holder's skilled and professional telephone manner, more general communication skills and an in-depth knowledge of the customer service and documentation required for bookings that have differing requirements.
Accountabilities:
- Maintain consistent levels of accuracy in data records on all systems used in the role
- Maintain team productivity at or above agreed levels
- Work as a team to demonstrate excellence in all aspects of the Logistics team's overarching purpose: to provide consistently excellent levels of client experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain shared inbox
- Undertake customer bookings and input data into Cargowise
- Check and send customer documentation
- Produce bills of lading
- Provide bill of lading instructions
- Carry out any other reasonable duties required by the business
Essential Attributes:
- Previous experience in Freight or Logistics
