Corporate Finance Analyst - Graduate Programme 2026
The role – What you’ll be doing
- Financial Modelling & Valuation
- Building models, conducting company valuations, and researching industry sectors.
- Transaction Execution
- Supporting M&A processes, fundraising activities, and strategic advisory mandates.
- Market & Competitor Insights
- Tracking industry developments, analysing competitors, and identifying emerging opportunities.
- Client Deliverables
- Producing presentations, reports, buyer lists, and acquisition target analyses.
- Business Development
- Helping originate new deals and contributing to marketing initiatives.
- Who we’re looking for
- A degree at 2:1 or above (achieved or predicted).
- Graduating in 2025 or 2026.
- Strong numerical and analytical ability, with confidence in handling complex financial data.
- Excellent research and communication skills, able to present findings clearly and persuasively.
- Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in UK business, finance, and investment.
- A proactive, collaborative approach, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
