Headford Capital helps founders and growing businesses raise investment, scale, and plan for exit. We work across tech, healthcare and B2B services, supporting companies from early-stage funding through to M&A. We're a small, fast-paced team based in Aztec West, Bristol.
We're looking for a creative, confident Social Media & Marketing Executive to help grow our brand and tell the stories behind the deals we work on. If you enjoy creating content, managing social channels, and turning complex topics into engaging posts, this role is for you.
Perfect for someone with 1-3 years experience who wants more ownership, variety, and exposure to senior leaders.
What You'll Be Doing
- Social Media: Manage our LinkedIn presence. Plan, create and schedule posts, deal updates, founder stories and market insights. Support activity on X and other platforms.
- Content Creation: Write clear, engaging copy. Create graphics in Canva/Adobe. Film and edit short-form videos.
- Campaigns: Support email campaigns and paid LinkedIn activity. Track performance using GA4, HubSpot and LinkedIn Analytics.
- Brand & Website: Keep our website, case studies and team bios up to date. Ensure all content is accurate and compliant.
- Events & PR: Help organise investor events, webinars and PR around completed deals.
- Reporting: Monthly reporting on reach, engagement, enquiries and campaign performance.
What We're Looking For
- Essential: 1+ year in B2B marketing or social media, strong copywriting skills, experience managing LinkedIn for a business, confident using Canva/Adobe (basic video editing a bonus), comfortable using analytics tools (GA4, LinkedIn, CRM), highly organised and able to handle confidential information.
- Desirable: Interest in venture capital, private equity or M&A, experience marketing to founders, CFOs or investors, LinkedIn Ads experience, understanding of FCA marketing rules.
