Provide excellent levels of service to clients and external salespeople. This will be achieved through the role-holder's skilled and professional telephone manner, general communication skills, and an in-depth knowledge of the customer service and documentation required for bookings that have differing requirements.
Accountabilities:
- Maintain consistent levels of accuracy in data records on all systems used in the role.
- Maintain team productivity at or above agreed levels.
- Work as a team to demonstrate excellence in all aspects of the Logistics team's overarching purpose: to provide consistently excellent levels of client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain shared inbox.
- Undertake customer bookings and input data into Cargowise.
- Check and send customer documentation.
- Produce bills of lading.
- Provide bill of lading instructions.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties required by the business.
