We are seeking a hands-on Freight Forwarding Operator to join a growing logistics team in Aberdeen. This role is suited to an experienced operator who can manage day-to-day forwarding activities across imports and/or exports, with a strong operational focus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end freight forwarding operations
  • Handle import entries, including customs clearance processes (preferred)
  • Coordinate export shipments across air and sea freight
  • Liaise with carriers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment movement
  • Prepare and process shipping documentation accurately
  • Monitor shipments and proactively resolve any operational issues

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a freight forwarder / operator within logistics
