We're looking for a Senior Commercial Operations Manager to lead commercial Freight and Logistics operations in Aberdeen. Our client specialise in Supply Chain, Ocean Air and Road Freight, Warehousing and Customs Brokerage. This is a new office opening for an international technology-based trade solutions specialist who deliver innovative end-to-end supply chain solutions out of their x40 global offices.
You will oversee contract management, pricing, and commercial analysis, driving business growth and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage commercial contracts and negotiations
- Develop and implement pricing strategies
- Lead commercial analysis and reporting
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks
- Support business development and growth initiatives
- 3+ years commercial operations experience within Freight Forwarding
- Strong contract management and negotiation skills
- Experience in oil and gas or related industry a plus
