Operations Executive will help the company to streamline the process of shipping goods around the world. You will manage every aspect of the transportation process from storing the goods before shipment to completing documentation for customs formalities and tracking the cargo movement around the Globe. Providing quotations, dealing with customer enquiries and Taking bookings Inputting accurate information into Cargowise system Arranging transportation of goods by sea, air and road by recommending the best method of transport. Checking VGM Opening files Processing essential shipping documentation required by customers and suppliers including bills of lading, invoices and customer entries. Maintaining strict compliance with export regulations Updating and maintaining accurate shipping information in our Freight software. Tracking shipments Assisting Customs clearance procedures and documentation Producing invoices Ensuring payments are received on PIA and COD clients prior to release of cargo Reporting information on a timely basis Dealing with customer inquiries to orders, shipments and deliveries TPBN1_UKTJ
