We're looking for a Recruitment Business Partner to join our team, supporting a major UK client programme. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strong recruitment expertise with a proven ability to develop new business, identify opportunities and grow lasting stakeholder relationships.
This role goes beyond traditional recruitment delivery. Approximately 60% of the position is focused on new business development and account growth within an existing client account, engaging new hiring managers, expanding stakeholder networks and introducing a range of workforce solutions and service lines to maximise value, improve outcomes and drive revenue growth.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Recruitment Business Partner, you'll take ownership of recruitment delivery whilst driving strategic growth across a high-profile workforce programme. Key responsibilities include:
- Building trusted relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across the client account.
- Identifying and engaging new hiring managers to expand recruitment activity and increase account penetration.
- Introducing and promoting additional workforce and talent solutions to maximise revenue opportunities within the account.
- Driving account growth through cross-selling and upselling relevant service lines.
- Managing and developing supplier partnerships to ensure quality, performance and delivery.
- Supporting workforce planning and forecasting activities to help clients meet future talent demands.
- Overseeing recruitment activity and ensuring hiring requirements are delivered efficiently.
- Providing market intelligence, workforce insights and recruitment expertise to inform hiring decisions.
- Driving governance, compliance and risk management across recruitment activity.
- Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes, customer experience and service delivery.
- Championing innovation, technology and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced recruitment professional with strong commercial instincts and a proven ability to grow and develop client relationships. You'll be able to demonstrate:
- Ideally experience managing recruitment activity within a MSP, RPO or workforce solutions environment.
- A strong track record of developing, maintaining and growing existing client accounts.
- Evidence of winning stakeholder engagement and building relationships with new hiring managers.
- Experience identifying opportunities to expand recruitment services and increase revenue within existing accounts.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing supplier relationships and driving performance improvements.
- Knowledge of contingent workforce programmes and workforce solutions.
- Experience with workforce planning, forecasting and recruitment strategy.
- A consultative approach with the confidence to challenge, influence and advise stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using VMS platforms such as SAP Fieldglass is desirable.
- Previous experience within a 360 recruitment agency environment, with responsibility for new business development.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering revenue growth.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and convert growth opportunities.
- Experience building new business opportunities within existing accounts and maintaining.
- Managing complex stakeholder groups and influencing decision-makers at all levels.
