Are you experienced in agency or internal recruitment, talent acquisition, MSP or workforce solutions and looking for an opportunity where you can make a genuine impact? We are looking for a Talent Recruitment Partner to play a key role in the implementation and ongoing delivery of a first-generation Managed Service Programme across the UK.

This is far more than traditional recruitment; you’ll be at the heart of programme delivery, supporting hiring managers, managing supplier relationships, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met, and helping to create an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.

What you will be doing:

  • Acting as a key point of contact between clients, hiring managers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Managing supplier relationships to drive quality, compliance and delivery performance.
  • Reviewing CV submissions and ensuring candidates meet agreed requirements and standards.
  • Taking recruitment briefings and translating them into clear, effective job or supplier briefs.
  • Supporting hiring managers with processes, systems and programme guidance.
  • Ensuring compliance, vetting and rate card requirements are met.
  • Monitoring workforce performance and supporting programme success against key objectives.
  • Identifying potential risks, opportunities and improvements throughout the programme lifecycle.
  • Dealing with basic worker or supplier-related ER issues where needed.
  • Travelling to visit clients onsite, so a driver's license and your own car would be beneficial.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in MSP, workforce solutions, agency recruitment, internal talent acquisition, staffing services, supplier management or high-volume recruitment.
  • Knowledge of contingent workforce/temporary recruitment.
  • A strong understanding of agency or supplier ways of working, compliance, quality checking and stakeholder expectations.
  • Confidence building relationships with client stakeholders at different levels.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly around vetting, compliance, rate cards and supplier submissions.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage changing priorities during implementation.
  • A collaborative approach and the curiosity to spot opportunities, risks and improvements.
  • The ability to bring structure, quality and positive energy to a busy implementation environment.

Due to the nature of the role, successful candidates may be required to undergo additional pre-employment screening and security checks as part of the onboarding process. Interested? Apply today to be part of a programme where your experience, judgement and relationship-building skills can make a real difference.
