Guidant Global | Hybrid | Midlands Area with regular travel to visit client locations

We're looking for a proactive and customer focused Talent Resourcing Partner to join our established team supporting one of our largest programmes across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and loves solving problems. The role supports a major client account with recruitment fulfilment across multiple locations.

What you’ll be doing

As a Talent Resourcing Partner, you'll act as the key link between clients, candidates, suppliers and internal teams, ensuring the right talent is supplied at the right time.

You’ll;

  • Manage the fulfilment of high-volume recruitment fulfilment across multiple locations

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders

  • Conduct regular onsite client visits to understand workforce needs and identify opportunities

  • Partner with sourcing and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth recruitment journey

  • Regular contact with candidates, updating availability and managing performance

  • Monitor fulfilment activity, talent pipelines and workforce availability

  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure service levels are achieved

  • Support seasonal recruitment campaigns and peak trading periods

  • Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance service delivery.

Who we're looking for

We're open-minded on background and experience, with staffing services sector recruitment experience desirable especially if you have managed a temporary desk. What matters most is attitude, resilience and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.

  • Outstanding communication skills

  • Experience working in a fast-paced or high-volume environment

  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills

  • The ability to remain calm under pressure

  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach

  • Confidence building relationships with candidates, clients and stakeholders

  • A willingness to travel and meet clients face-to-face

  • Experience in agency or internal recruitment, talent acquisition or staffing services sector account management would be particularly valuable.
