Build and scale a new global standard in talent experience. This is a unique opportunity to shape how organizations engage, nurture, and retain talent across borders. Following our international expansion, we are building a next‑generation platform and contingent talent pool that helps clients access, engage, and redeploy high‑quality talent in a more intelligent, human, and scalable way.
We are looking for a Talent Value Senior Lead who can define and deliver the value we create for talent. Someone who understands candidates, contingent workers, and professional communities, and knows how to turn insights into experiences, engagement, and loyalty. And who can help our clients do the same.
This role combines consulting, end‑to‑end talent expertise, employer branding, talent marketing, candidate experience, talent community management, and rewards programs.
Your impact
You will lead the development of a global talent value proposition for our platform and contingent workforce. This will involve understanding what talent needs and values, and designing the onboarding experiences, communications, benefits, rewards, and engagement programs that make the experience unique. This is not a traditional employer branding role. You will operate at the intersection of talent strategy, marketing, experience design, community engagement, and product development. Your work will shape how talent experiences us before, during, and after an assignment.
You will define what sets our talent offering apart, how we communicate it, and how we build trust, loyalty, and repeat engagement across different markets and worker types. You will support advisory services, talent marketing, and assessment and selection. Working across Product, Marketing, Operations, Sales, Talent Acquisition, Compliance, and regional teams, you will bring clarity and consistency to how we attract, select, nurture, mobilize, and retain talent globally. You will help ensure that every touchpoint—from onboarding to redeployment—feels connected, useful, and valuable. This role is key to building a talent pool that grows over time. Not just a database of people, but a dynamic talent ecosystem that becomes stronger with every interaction.
What will you do?
- Lead the development of our global talent value proposition across the platform and our contingent talent pool
- Build a deep understanding of our talent audiences, including candidates, contractors, freelancers, alumni, silver medallists, and high‑value specialist communities
- Develop talent marketing strategies that attract, nurture, and engage the right talent communities
- Develop employer branding and talent communication principles that make the platform recognizable, trusted, and distinctive
- Design reward, recognition, and loyalty programs that boost engagement, retention, and redeployment
- Create and translate talent insights into practical improvements to the employee experience, product requirements, and service enhancements
- Work with product teams to define the platform capabilities needed to support talent engagement, personalization, rewards, and community building
- Build feedback loops with candidates and employees to continuously improve the experience
- Support sales and client teams with a clear explanation of why a better talent experience leads to better client outcomes
- Help design assessment and selection strategies
- Support the talent marketing team in developing employer branding, employee experience, and talent attraction strategies as needed
- Support the advisory and consulting team in their area of expertise
- Help design AI agents within their area of expertise
About HeadFirst Group & Impellam Group
HeadFirst Group operates at the heart of the international talent market, helping organizations source and manage external workforce solutions. Following our merger with Impellam Group in London, we have significantly expanded our global presence and client base. We are now developing the next phase of our offering: a globally scalable platform and talent ecosystem that enables clients to access, engage, and manage talent with greater speed, quality, and confidence. This role is central to that ambition. It will shape how talent interacts with our platform, how we build long‑term relationships with our talent pool, and how we create a talent proposition that is just as strong as our client proposition.
Location & Application
This role is ideally based in London and the UK, reflecting the international scope and stakeholder landscape. The Netherlands, including Hoofddorp, is an alternative location. Local employment terms and benefits apply based on the country of employment.
What we offer you
- Salary that matches your experience.
- Vacation pay and days off: 8.33% vacation pay and 27 vacation days per year based on full‑time employment.
- Hybrid working: we support a 60/40 split, whereby full‑time employees spend three days at the office and two days working from home.
- Premium‑free pension: we pay your entire pension premium.
- Performance bonus: depending on your performance and that of HeadFirst Group, you may receive an annual bonus of one or two months' salary.
- Monthly extras: you will receive a monthly allowance for internet, a vitality budget, a contribution towards lunch, and support in setting up your home office.
What we expect from you
You are a talent experience and marketing leader who understands what drives people to engage, trust, and return. You know how to turn talent insights into practical programs, campaigns, and experiences that work at scale. You are comfortable working in ambiguous situations and building something new. You can switch seamlessly between strategy and execution, between brand and product, and between candidate sentiment and commercial value. You understand that talent isn’t just about supply. Talent is the core asset. The better the experience, the stronger the talent pool, the faster the delivery, and the more valuable the platform becomes.
In addition, you bring:
- Proven experience in talent marketing, employer branding, candidate experience, talent community management, or talent engagement
- A strong understanding of candidate and contingent worker behavior across different talent segments
- Experience in designing talent journeys, engagement programs, or community strategies
- Experience working with Product, Marketing, Operations, and regional teams in complex organizations
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present the talent proposition clearly and compellingly
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how the talent experience drives client value, retention, and growth
- Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics and using feedback to improve performance
- Occupational psychology is a highly desirable skill
