We are looking for a Program Manager – Global Workforce Solutions to lead the implementation and optimisation of workforce solutions across our international organisation. This role sits at the centre of transformation, helping regions adopt best practices, standardise ways of working and successfully implement strategic workforce initiatives.
Your impact
In this role, you will lead complex, cross regional programs focused on workforce solutions, operational excellence and organisational change. You will be responsible for translating strategic initiatives into practical implementation plans while aligning stakeholders across commercial, operational and support functions.
You will play a key role in driving the adoption of new workforce solutions, processes and operating models. Success will not only be measured by delivery, but by the extent to which changes are embraced and embedded within the business.
Working closely with senior leadership and regional stakeholders, you will provide structure, governance and visibility across multiple initiatives. You will identify risks, manage dependencies and ensure alignment between global objectives and local execution.
You will also contribute to the further professionalisation of our international organisation by helping to standardise processes, improve collaboration and establish scalable implementation frameworks.
Within the first 12–18 months, you will have:
- Successfully delivered multiple cross regional workforce solution initiatives
- Driven stakeholder alignment across different countries and business units
- Improved adoption of standardised processes and best practices
- Established governance and reporting frameworks for key programs
- Contributed to a more scalable and efficient operating model
- Supported the successful implementation of strategic transformation initiatives
What you will do
- Lead end to end program management of global workforce solution initiatives
- Translate strategic objectives into structured implementation programs
- Drive stakeholder alignment across commercial, operational and support functions
- Establish governance structures, reporting and performance monitoring
- Manage risks, dependencies, resistance and escalations
- Support regional teams during implementation and change initiatives
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple countries
- Drive continuous improvement and standardisation of ways of working
- Provide insights and recommendations to support decision making and scalability
- Ensure successful adoption of new processes, services and operating models
About the role
You will operate in an international organisation undergoing significant transformation and growth. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution and change, ensuring that workforce solutions and operational improvements are successfully implemented and adopted across the business.
Experience within MSP, Workforce Solutions, Total Talent, Contingent Workforce or related industries is valuable, but we are primarily looking for a strong program manager with experience leading complex international transformations and stakeholder-driven implementations.
What you bring
- You are a strong program leader with a clear affinity for change management and stakeholder navigation in complex environments.
- 3–8+ years of experience in program or project management
- Proven experience in driving change and transformation initiatives
- Experience within MSP environments is a hard requirement
- Strong understanding of HR technology, SaaS or service delivery models
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including managing senior and challenging stakeholders
- Ability to navigate organizational complexity and drive alignment
- Experience with program governance, risk management and reporting
- Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
- Financial and operational awareness (budgeting, resource planning)
- Agile or SAFe certification is a plus, but not required
- Excellent command of English
