Guidant Global is seeking Recruitment Coordinators to join our onsite recruitment team supporting a key client during a peak recruitment campaign in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, providing great customer service, and being part of a fast-paced team during one of the busiest recruitment periods of the year.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Welcoming candidates and conducting face-to-face registrations
  • Checking right-to-work documents and ensuring compliance processes are completed
  • Contacting candidates by phone and email
  • Conducting candidate screening calls
  • Sending registration, onboarding, and induction information
  • Updating recruitment systems and Excel spreadsheets
  • Supporting the recruitment team with high-volume hiring activity
  • Helping ensure candidates are ready to start work quickly and efficiently

What We're Looking For

  • Enjoy talking to people and are confident on the phone
  • Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Are comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, and basic Excel spreadsheets
  • Deliver excellent customer service and enjoy helping others
  • Experience in recruitment would be beneficial but not essential

Working Pattern

This is a full-time, office-based role and you'll be working onsite 37.5 hours a week in Milton Keynes. We are looking for people who are flexible to work the following patterns:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Sunday to Thursday
  • Tuesday to Saturday

Working hours are generally between:

  • 8:00am - 4:00pm
  • 8:30am - 4:30pm
  • 9:00am - 5:00pm
