Build and scale a new global standard in talent experience. This is a unique moment to shape how organisations engage, nurture and retain talent across borders. Following our international expansion, we are building a next-generation platform and contingent talent bench that helps clients access, engage and redeploy high-quality talent in a more intelligent, human and scalable way.
We are looking for a Talent Value Senior Lead who can define and deliver the value we create for talent. Someone who understands candidates, contingent workers and professional communities, and knows how to turn insight into experience, engagement and loyalty. And help our clients to do the same.
This role brings together consulting, talent knowledge end to end, employer branding, talent marketing, candidate experience, talent community management and reward programmes.
Your impact
You will lead the creation of a global talent value proposition for our platform and contingent bench. From understanding what talent needs and values, to designing the journeys, communications, benefits, rewards and engagement programmes that make the experience distinctive. This is not a traditional employer branding role. You will operate at the intersection of talent strategy, marketing, experience design, community engagement and product development.
Your work will shape how talent experiences us before, during and after an assignment. You will define what makes our talent offer different, how we communicate it, and how we build trust, loyalty and repeat engagement across different markets and worker types. You will support advisory, talent marketing and assessment and selection.
Working across Product, Marketing, Operations, Sales, Talent Acquisition, Compliance and regional teams, you will bring clarity and consistency.
