Build and scale a new global standard in talent experience. This is a unique moment to shape how organisations engage, nurture and retain talent across borders. Following our international expansion, we are building a next-generation platform and contingent talent bench that helps clients access, engage and redeploy high-quality talent in a more intelligent, human and scalable way.

We are looking for a Talent Value Senior Lead who can define and deliver the value we create for talent. Someone who understands candidates, contingent workers and professional communities, and knows how to turn insight into experience, engagement and loyalty. And help our clients to do the same.

This role brings together consulting, talent knowledge end to end, employer branding, talent marketing, candidate experience, talent community management and reward programmes.

Your impact

You will lead the creation of a global talent value proposition for our platform and contingent bench. From understanding what talent needs and values, to designing the journeys, communications, benefits, rewards and engagement programmes that make the experience distinctive. This is not a traditional employer branding role. You will operate at the intersection of talent strategy, marketing, experience design, community engagement and product development. Your work will shape how talent experiences us before, during and after an assignment. You will define what makes our talent offer different, how we communicate it, and how we build trust, loyalty and repeat engagement across different markets and worker types.

You will support advisory, talent marketing and assessment and selection. Working across Product, Marketing, Operations, Sales, Talent Acquisition, Compliance and regional teams, you will bring clarity and consistency to how we attract, select, nurture, mobilize, and retain talent globally. You will help ensure that every touchpoint, from onboarding to redeployment, feels connected, useful and valuable. This role is central to building a bench that compounds over time. Not just a database of people, but a living talent ecosystem that gets stronger with every interaction.

What will you do?

  • Own the development of our global talent value proposition across the platform and contingent talent bench.
  • Build a deep understanding of our talent audiences, including candidates, contractors, freelancers, alumni, silver medallists and high-value specialist communities.
  • Develop talent marketing strategies that attract, nurture and activate the right talent communities.
  • Shape employer branding and talent communication principles that make the platform recognisable, trusted and distinctive.
  • Design reward, recognition and loyalty programmes that increase engagement, retention and redeployment.
  • Create and translate talent insights into practical experience improvements, product requirements and service enhancements.
  • Work with Product teams to define the platform capabilities required to support talent engagement, personalisation, rewards and community building.
  • Build feedback loops from candidates and workers to continuously improve the experience.
  • Support commercial and client teams with a clear story on why a better talent experience creates better client outcomes.
  • Help design assessment and selection strategies.
  • Support the talent marketing team in creating employer branding, px and talent attraction strategy where needed.
  • Support the advisory and consultancy team within their domain of expertise.
  • Help design AI agents within their domain of expertise.

About HeadFirst Group & Impellam Group

HeadFirst Group operates at the centre of the international talent market, supporting organisations in sourcing and managing external workforce solutions. Following the merger with Impellam Group in London, we have significantly expanded our global footprint and client base. We are now building the next phase of our proposition. A globally scalable platform and talent ecosystem that enables clients to access, engage and manage talent with greater speed, quality and confidence. This role sits at the heart of that ambition. It will define how talent experiences our platform, how we build long‑term relationships with our bench, and how we create a talent proposition that is as strong as the client proposition.

Location & Application

This role is ideally based in London and the UK, reflecting the international scope and stakeholder landscape. The Netherlands, including Hoofddorp, is an alternative location. Local employment terms and benefits apply based on the country of employment.

What we expect from you

You are a talent experience and marketing leader who understands what makes people engage, trust and return. You know how to turn talent insight into practical programmes, campaigns and experiences that work at scale. You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and building something new. You can move between strategy and execution, between brand and product, between candidate emotion and commercial value. You understand that talent is not just supply. Talent is the core asset. The better the experience, the stronger the bench, the faster the delivery, and the more valuable the platform becomes.

In addition, you bring:

  • Proven experience in talent marketing, employer branding, candidate experience, talent community management or talent engagement.
  • Strong understanding of candidate and contingent worker behaviour across different talent segments.
  • Experience designing talent journeys, engagement programmes or community strategies.
  • Experience working with Product, Marketing, Operations and regional teams in complex organisations.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to make the talent proposition clear and compelling.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of how talent experience drives client value, retention and growth.
  • Analytical mindset with experience defining metrics and using feedback to improve performance.
  • Occupational psychology is a strong desirable skill.
