The HR Business Analyst will support the Workday Absence and Time project while also managing business-as-usual activities in the Core HR domain. This role involves collaborating with the internal SME who will lead the HR workstream for the Time and Absence project. The Business Analyst will assist the SME and handle various tasks related to Core HR, including case management and reporting. This position requires a solid understanding of HR processes, analytical skills, and expertise in Workday functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the internal SME in gathering and documenting business requirements for the Workday Absence and Time modules.
  • Document current and future state process maps.
  • Support the testing and deployment activities under the guidance of the SME.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  • Work closely with HR teams, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of the Time and Absence modules with existing HR processes.
  • Administer day-to-day operations and support for Core HR processes within Workday.
  • Handle case management and resolve HR-related queries and issues.
  • Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into HR metrics and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience as an HR Business Analyst or similar role, with exposure to Workday Absence, Time, and Core HR modules.
  • Experience supporting international processes in multiple countries.
  • Must be proficient in process mapping, with the ability to document and analyze both current and future state processes effectively.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong working knowledge in Workday operations and reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Workday certification in Absence, Time Tracking, or Core HR.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and practices.
