Head4Talent is delighted to partner with a dynamic and fast-paced business to recruit a Management Accountant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified, or practice-trained accountant looking to develop their career in a high-revenue, commercially focused environment.

Our client is a forward-thinking organisation operating in a high-growth, manufacturing sector. They are on a journey of transformation and innovation, and the Finance team sits at the heart of business decision-making. You will work directly with senior leadership and play a key part in delivering accurate financial reporting, improving systems and processes, and enhancing overall financial control.

  • Play a key role in the month-end close process and provide financial insight to the Finance Director and Managing Director.
  • Produce timely and accurate management accounts, analysis, and cash forecasts.
  • Maintain robust financial control through ownership of reconciliations and balance sheet integrity.
  • Support the budgeting process, preparing reports and analysis for Board review and sign-off.
  • Drive process improvements across finance systems, controls, and reporting.
  • Provide financial analysis to support key decisions across all business functions.
  • Partner with teams across the organisation to ensure finance is well-integrated into operational decision-making.

Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) - first movers from practice welcome. Strong Excel skills, with experience modelling data and building reporting tools. Confident communicator able to explain financials to non-financial colleagues. Comfortable in a fast-paced, commercial environment with tight margins and high transaction volumes. Proven track record in financial analysis and producing reports that inform business decisions. Experience working in a regulatory environment is a plus.
