We move fast. We play hard. We build gear that wins Grand Slams, dominates World Cups, and stands on Olympic podiums. From tennis courts to alpine slopes, our brand lives where performance meets attitude. Now we’re looking for a Junior Motion & Video Editor—someone straight out of university, ready to kick-start their creative career and bring fresh energy to our global brand.

The Role

As a Junior Motion & Video Editor at HEAD, you’ll support the creation of high-impact content across global campaigns, product launches, and always-on digital communications. You’ll work closely with the motion team and cross-functional departments to turn technology, performance, and athlete stories into bold, scroll-stopping edits. You won’t be expected to lead everything from day one, but you’ll be given real responsibility, hands-on experience, and the opportunity to grow quickly. This role is perfect for someone who’s motivated, curious, eager to learn, and excited to develop their craft in a fast-paced sports environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Help to create motion graphics, 2D animations, and branded edits for global sports campaigns
  • Edit product/amend videos, create campaign cutdowns, and social-first content
  • Support projects from mood boards and storyboards, showcasing your creative skills
  • Help translate athlete stories and successes into engaging, easy-to-understand concepts
  • Prepare and create content for Instagram, YouTube, web, and paid/organic social
  • Assist on photo and video shoots when required, acting as a runner if needed
  • Collaborate closely with brand, marketing, digital, social, and design teams
  • Have an understanding and willingness to learn all about video transitions, typography, colour grading, and sound
  • Manage smaller briefs independently while supporting larger campaign rollouts
  • Assist with content collation, hard drive organisation, and managing/creating cutdowns of hero edits
  • Contribute creative ideas easily and clearly

What You Bring

  • Recently graduated in Motion Design or a related field
  • Internship, freelance, or university project experience in motion design or video editing is a plus
  • A strong showreel or portfolio that demonstrates creative potential and attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Basic understanding of composition, typography and animation principles
  • Willingness to learn, take direction, and develop your skills
  • Strong attention to detail and good time management
  • Positive attitude and collaborative mindset
  • Interest in sports, performance culture, or lifestyle branding
