We\’re supporting a global software organisation in the search for an Technical Business Analyst to join their Information Management division. The business is scaling internationally and is looking for a credible, consultative BA who can work across complex capital projects and help clients achieve real efficiency improvements.
The Role
Act as a trusted consultant to clients, leading workshops, requirements gathering, and project scoping.
Document \”as-is\” and \”to-be\” processes, translating customer needs into clear, actionable insights.
Support solution design and implementation, producing wireframes and documentation.
Drive improvements in reporting, compliance, and information management across long-term capital projects.
What We\’re Looking For
Strong BA background with excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
Ideally experience with document management systems (contracts, maps, images, logs, etc.), knowledge management or information management.
Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, XML and how they support documentation workflows.
Ideally industry exposure in engineering, construction, energy, oil & gas, or pharma but experience with professional services or consultancy experience is highly regarded.
Ideally within easy reach of Glasgow for occasional site/client meetings.
