An award‑winning digital workplace consultancy is looking for a Microsoft Technical Consultant to help design and deliver modern workplace solutions across Microsoft 365. This is a client‑facing role combining hands‑on technical delivery, troubleshooting and solution design.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and deploy Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online).
- Translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions.
- Support Modern Workplace project delivery and user adoption.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and document configurations.
- Run workshops and collaborate with IT, HR, Comms and Security teams.
- Support integrations with other SaaS platforms and review API/Graph capabilities.
Key Skills
- Strong Microsoft 365 experience across core services.
- Ability to design, configure and troubleshoot Modern Work solutions.
- Understanding of Azure, Power Platform and integration patterns.
- Comfortable analysing APIs/Graph endpoints.
- Clear communicator with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
