Software Engineer required for a 6-month role with our blue-chip Financial Services client. The right candidate must have demonstrable experience with AB Testing Technologies, React based frameworks including JavaScript / TypeScript experience, experience in working with a Tagging Technology (Google Analytics) and experience in development and CI/CD tools such as Jira, Git and AWS CodeBuild. The role is hybrid, with some of the work done remotely and some done from our client's office in Nottingham or London (once a fortnight). Top end rate available is £442 per day to umbrella company.
Essential Skills:
- Practical experience working with AB testing Technologies (Conductrics is preferred; however, experience with other equivalent tools such as AB Tasty or Adobe Target are acceptable)
- React development skills or React based frameworks such as Next.JS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Node.JS, Redux, Express and SCSS / Styled components
- Practical development experience working with a Tagging Technology such as Google Analytics or equivalent would be preferred
- Experience creating REST APIs
- Knowledge of microservice architecture
- Development and CI/CD tools such as Jira, GitHub and AWS CodeBuild
- Software Development skills & experience within other large & established organisations
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Cypress, Jest and Enzyme / RTL would be beneficial
