The predicted salary is between 54000 - 72000 £ per year.
Our financial sector client is looking for 2x Business Analysts, one senior and one Business Analyst. Both roles sit within a Cybersecurity programme, so previous experience of working within similar programmes is advantageous. For the senior role, experience delivering projects with Identity Access Management is key.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working on a range of Projects that deliver business and technical change within IAM & PAM projects.
- Working on projects end to end from discovery and requirements gathering through to implementation.
- Taking ownership and leading the business analysis work on one or more streams of activity within designated projects.
- Providing support and coaching to other Business Analysts you are working with.
- Working proactively and collaboratively with those around you, ensuring you provide estimates for your tasks, input into planning, timely progress updates, and input into Project risks and issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve problems, and implement innovative solutions.
We need you to have:
- A strong track record of successfully leading on Business Analysis activities, using different methodologies and techniques gained by working on multiple projects.
- Experience of successfully delivering Business Analysis and readiness work across the project lifecycle including: requirements gathering, stakeholder management, use cases, Business Impact assessments, process mapping as is & To be, creating and delivering communications & training plans, creation of support models & operating models and RACI.
- Willingness to learn, ask questions and build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels including engaging, challenging, and managing expectations as you drive activity.
- Knowledge of using Business Analysis tools such as Jira, Miro, and Visio.
- Comfortable gathering and analysing large data sets for business decision making including use of MS Excel / Power BI.
- Experience of leading and facilitating workshops and meetings as you gather requirements and spark thoughts and debate.
- First class inter-personal skills, coupled with strong influencing abilities and a can-do attitude to keep focussed and be highly organised as you manage your own workload to deliver the right business outcome.
- Experience / exposure to Access management including; Identity & Access management, Privileged access management and Identity Governance Administration.
- Experience/ exposure to standard industry tooling e.g. CyberArk for PAM, SailPoint/Savyint for IGA spanning on premise and cloud deployment.
- Experience / exposure to Entra/AD configuration.
