Project Manager / Business Analyst – French & English speaking
Our Global Insurance client is seeking a Project Manager with strong business analysis skills to drive key regulatory initiatives to completion. You\’ll work closely with a diverse network of stakeholders across the global business to deliver a specific EU regulatory project impacting customer facing employees.
The role requires someone who is fluent in English & French. Language skills in Spanish and or Dutch is desirable, however English and French is essential for this role.
Remotely based, you will be required to travel to the EU infrequently (costs covered). The contract is for an initial 6 months with a rate of £450-£490 per day to umbrella company.
To succeed in this role, you\’ll need:
- Highly experienced in delivering regulatory change projects
- Core business analysis skills including planning and leading requirement analysis, stakeholder engagement, project team buy-in, documenting requirements, and identifying solutions
- Developing and maintaining program/project plans, RAID logs, and ensuring strong governance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work with a variety of stakeholders across global organisations
- Ability to drive adoption and process improvement in a large organization
- Fluency with technology solutions and experience with systems environments
- Fluent in English & French
