Head Resourcing are currently working with one of our major financial services clients to recruit a talented Power Platform Administrator in the BizApps space. This role will sit within the BizApps Centre of Excellence and will be at the heart of our clientβs digital strategy as they look to drive innovation and work with the latest Copilot and AI technology offerings.
The role involves:
- Managing and optimising Power Platform environments, ensuring best practices.
- Overseeing user access, security, and licensing for seamless operations.
- Monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and providing governance reports.
- Developing Power BI dashboards for leadership and operational insights.
- Supporting release management and assessing platform updates.
- Collaborating with COE SMEs to enhance service design and scalability.
Required skills / knowledge:
- Experience administering and provisioning Power Platform solutions, including Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio/PVA, and Power BI.
- Proficient in using the COE Starter Kit for reporting and governance.
- Strong Power BI skills with experience in creating custom dashboards.
- Proficiency in PowerShell, REST APIs, and automation of administrative tasks.
- Good understanding of Power Platform architecture, licensing, and cost optimization.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
