This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you will lead complex transformation engagements, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver meaningful, lasting change. You’ll operate at the heart of client organisations—owning delivery, shaping strategy, and leading teams to ensure successful outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading end-to-end delivery of transformation and business change programmes
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior and executive stakeholders
  • Managing multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Designing and structuring engagements (scope, approach, resourcing, commercials)
